Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the BoardWale website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Our Services

BoardWale provides professional signage design, manufacturing, and installation services including but not limited to:

3D Acrylic and Metal Letter Boards
LED Sign Boards and Channel Letters
Indoor and Outdoor Branding Solutions
ACP Cladding and Digital Kiosks
Neon Signs and Illuminated Displays

All services are subject to project-specific agreements, timelines, and pricing confirmed via written quotation.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to GST as applicable.
A minimum advance payment (as specified in your quote) is required before production begins.
Final payment is due upon delivery or installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
BoardWale reserves the right to revise pricing for ongoing projects if material costs change significantly.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cancelled before production begins are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
Once production has started, the advance payment is non-refundable as materials and labor costs are incurred.
Custom-fabricated items cannot be returned or exchanged once manufactured.
If a defect is identified due to our manufacturing error, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

Delivery & Installation Timelines

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, material availability, and site conditions. BoardWale is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, supply chain disruptions, or site access issues).

Intellectual Property

All design files, artwork, and creative concepts developed by BoardWale remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final physical product. Website content, logos, and branding materials are property of BoardWale and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

BoardWale's liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
